If one more post of Addl Secretary is created in Ministry of Home Affairs then Gyanesh Kumar is likely to be posted against that post. Presently he is JS in J&K Affairs. He is a 1988 batch Kerala cadre IAS officer and already empanelled as Addl Secretary in GoI.
