Will Meena be appointed CE, DAIC ?

B L Meena's name is doing the rounds for the post of CEO, Dr. Ambedkar International Centre (DAIC). It is said that a proposal in this regard is under consideration in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. Will PMO clear the proposal is a big question.
