Will MIB \"God\" wake up in July ?

There is saying in hindi that god "Dev" sleeps in monsoon and wakes up on the day of Devoththan. According to sources, this saying is fit at the working of Ministry of I&B where many decisions are pending since March. Even transfer /postings of more than 100 officer couldn't be effected. All these officers were promoted in March. Sources are hopeful that  Ministry's "Shukra", who is in sleeping mode will  get up in July.
