Will MP have Police Commissioner system ?

Sensing the mood of PM Narendra Modi, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, without the knowledge of the Home Minister  and the officials,  suddenly announced the Police Commissioner system. The announcement created ripples in the bureaucracy. It was expected that the system will be implemented any time. Several meetings between officials  remained inconclusive. Now there is a big talk “Will the system be implemented or closed down in files like previous  decisions by various CMs”. If insiders are to be believed, this time a totally changed CM ShivRaj Singh Chauhan will see to it that it is implemented.
