Will Ms Ravneet Kaur be Chief Secretary, Punjab?

If sources are to be believed, M S Ravneet Kaur is likely to be appointed as new Chief Secretary, Punjab. Sources said that two things go in her favour. First, she is the senior most IAS officer and second, she was not given her due by the previous Government. Present Chief Secretary is a 1990 batch IAS officer whereas Ms Kaur belongs to the 1988 batch.
