Ms V Hekali Zhimomi, a 1996 batch UP cadre IAS officer is the second JS in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, who has been empanelled as Additional Secretary at the Centre, It would be interesting to see whether she is also accommodated as Additional Secretary in the same Ministry?
