The power galleries are silent over the new ONGC Chairman. They said the process is very slow. As per information 10 candidates have been shortlisted for the post. Among them, Anupam Agrawal, Director(Fin) and Satyam Kumar are internal ED candidates. But 8 external candidates are also on the list. T
The power galleries are silent over the new ONGC Chairman. They said the process is very slow. As per information 10 candidates have been shortlisted for the post. Among them, Anupam Agrawal, Director(Fin) and Satyam Kumar are internal ED candidates. But 8 external candidates are also on the list. They are- Ranjit Rath, CMD, Oil India; Rajesh Kumar Singh, CMD, Bridge & Roof Co; Deepak Gupta, Director, Project GAIL; Anuj Jain, Director, Fin, IOCL; Dr Pudi Hariprasad,IRAS, CAO, Railways; Atul Kumar Tripathi, ED, Project, GAIL; Krishna Gopal Srivastava, Sr GH, BSNL; and R. Venu Gopal, Sr GM, BSNL. Sources believe that such a tardy process will not yield any selection and the current chairman may continue.
