Will Pallavi Agrawal be new Chairman of CBDT?

The most senior officer in the board after Pankaj Mishra is Pallavi Agrawal, Member (Taxpayer Services & Revenue) who is an IRS officer of the 1991 batch. If all goes well and her seniority is considered, she might be elevated as the Chairperson of CBDT. However, last minute surprises might be there.
