Will PMO get new Secretary ?

Since the fate of Nripendra Mishra and Dr P K  Mishra has  been decided, now gossiping has started that will there be new Secretary in PMO or Bhaskar Khulbe would be appointed Secretary on Contract basis. As per available indications PM is likely to continue PMO staff. If this happens then chances of Khulbe are bright. He is 1983 batch WB cadre IAS officer and after retirement in March this year he was given six months extension.
