Will Raj Kumar be ACS Home or Chief Secretary in Gujarat ?
Grapevine has it that on his return to the parent cadre, 1987 batch IAS officer Raj Kumar is being appointed ACS Home, may be for six months. One source however said that he would be Chief Secretary and present CS Pankaj Kumar would move to other assignment. One can wait and watch.
