Will retirement age be lowered?

Latest buzz says that there is a reported move to lower the retirement age by two years in GoI. The reported move aims to get rid of alleged corrupt and incompetent govt machinery. Presently govt employees retirement age is 60 years which was raised by the then Atal Bihari Vajpayee govt. Now the question is will the present govt undo its predecessor's decision ?
