Will Rina Ray be appointed CS, Delhi ?

Since Delhi Chief Secretary Vijay Dev has been empanelled as Secretary in the GoI, there are chances that Mrs Reena Ray may be appointed new CS of Delhi govt. She is an AGMUT cadre 1984 batch IAS officer while Dev is a 1987 batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer.In the corridors of Delhi Secretariat  people rule out the possibility of her taking over as Chief Secretary of Delhi.
