Latest grapevine says that Secretary Commerce Ms Rita Teaotia may succeed J S Deepak as India’s next ambassador to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) in Geneva. Deepak is scheduled to retire in July. 1981 batch Gujarat Cadre IAS officer Ms Teaotia would also retire as Secretary Commerce
