Will Rithwik Rudra, IPS head Indo-Tibetan Border Police?

Special Director, IB Rithwik Rudra, is likely to succeed Shatrujeet Kapoor as Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) chief after his superannuation on October 31. Rudra is a 1993 batch IPS officer of Himachal Pradesh cadre.
