Will Sanjeev Kaushik resign from IAS ?

Sanjeev Kaushik, a Kerala cadre 1992 batch IAS office  has been appointed SEBI’s third WTM. He is likely to take charge on January 24. Meanwhile, Kaushik who is presently working in the IIFCL may resign from the IAS to join SEBI, sources said. Will he resign from IAS ?
