Will SC do something for HC CJs ?
Recently SC had given direction to govt to fix two years tenure of DGPs of States. Luminaries want to know whether SC will direct the government to appoint CJs of High Courts well in advance and that too for two years at least. This will end the practice of Acting CJs appointment.
