Will Subhash Chandra be re-appointed on January 1 ?

Appointment of Subhash Chandra as Secretary Defence Production has surprised the bureaucracy. Infact,1986 batch IAS officer Chandra will retire only after four months. One thing is certain that one IAS officer can not be appointed as Secretary for four months in an important and sensitive department and that is the reason that chances of his re-appointment are bright.
