Will Swagat Das be DGP of Chhattisgarh ?

Will the GoI  relieve  Secretary Security Swagat Das for the post of DGP Chhattisgarh ?. Swagat Das is 1987 batch IPS officer of Chhattisgarh cadre. If he is not relieved then 1992 batch IPS officer Arun Dev Gautam  may be new DGP of Chhattisgarh.
