Will Tapan Kumar Deka move to Himachal Pradesh as DGP ?
There is a speculation that Tapan Kumar Deka will move from the IB to the parent Himachal Pradesh cadre as DGP in the new Government. He is 1988 batch IPS officer. One source however said that he may not agree to return.
