As per information, the Mizoram CM has asked the Centre to send Civil Aviation Secretary Vumlunmang Vualnam to his state as new CS. He is a 1992 batch Manipur cadre IAS officer. Now the question is, will the Centre allow Vualnam to go to Mizoram?
