Will the Culture Ministry get a regular Secretary or...?

Power galleries buzz are reportedly suspicious about a regular boss in the Ministry of Culture. The Hi-Fi Ministry has been without a regular secretary since the last week of August this year.  Aruneesh Chawla, Secretary, Pharmaceutical, is holding the additional charge of the ministry of culture. He is a Bihar cadre IAS officer.  Sources said he is likely to be posted in the Culture Ministry as a  regular secretary.
