Will the Defence Secretary get an extension?

Talks of a new Secretary Defence have started in the bureaucratic circles. There is unconfirmed report that present Defence Secretary R K Singh is being appointed Secretary DRDO after his superannuation. Currently has been holding the additional charge of DRDO Chairman.
