The power galleries are abuzz that Rajendra Kumar Tiwari, former CS, UP is being appointed Secretary in the GoI soon ? Presently Defence Production is not having any Secretary. The Secretary, Financial Services post is also going to be vacant this month. Tiwari is presently Chairman, UPSRTC in Lucknow. He is a 1985 batch IAS officer.
