Will tradition be repeated in J & K ?

When govt wants to appoint new Governor for J & K  he is appointed Interlocutor first. N N N Vohra, present Governor was given the responsibility of Interlocutor first before his appointment as  the Governor of the State. If govt follows same tradition then Dineshwar Sharma, Interlocutor is going to be appointed next Governor of J & K.
