Rumours are rife that Vikas Sheel will succeed Amitabh Jain as Chief Secretary of Chhattisgarh on O\ctober 1. 1994 batch IAS officer of Chhattisgarh cadre Vikas Sheel is presently posted as Executive Director (India) at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila.
