Will Vikas Sheel be new Chief Secetary of Chhattisgarh ?

Rumours are rife that Vikas Sheel will succeed Amitabh Jain as Chief Secretary of Chhattisgarh on October 1. A 1994 batch IAS  officer of Chhattisgarh cadre Vikas Sheel is presently posted as Executive Director (India) at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila.
