Wilsonbabu appointed Ambassador to Madagascar

Bandaru Wilsonbabu, presently Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Madagascar. He is a 2004 batch IFS officer.
