Work done by Vijay Singh in CGHS still praised

The work done in the CGHS ( Central Government Health Scheme) when Vijay Singh was in the Health Ministry is appreciated a lot. CGHS was started under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in 1954 with the objective of providing comprehensive medical care facilities to Central Government employees, pensioners and their dependents. Former 1970 batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre Vijay Singh is presently Vice Chairman of the Tata Trusts.
