Y C Modi to be next CBI Chief ?

After the attack of Rahul Gandhi on NIA Chief Y C Modi, it is now certain that he would succeed Rishi Shukla as CBI Chief next year. Modi is 1984 batch IPS officer of Assam-Meghalaya cadre. “The best way to silence terrorist DSP Davinder, is to hand over the case to the NIA”, Gandhi tweeted. The NIA is headed by another Modi – YK, who investigated the Gujarat riots and Haren Pandya’s assassination. In YK’s care, the case is as good as dead.
