Young thoughts have vanished

If sources are to be believed, because of dearth and ageing staff public broadcasters - DD and AIR- have lost the sheen and young thoughts have vanished. Casual and contractual staff are booked in large number but they are reportedly not allowed to apply their minds and new thoughts. They are being reminded that DD & AIR are govt controlled broadcasters not autonomous.
