YS Tomar appointed DRM, Palghat

Yashpal Singh Tomar, who is presently on deputation with Railtel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL), has been posted as Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Palghat, Southern Railway (SR). He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineer (IRSSE) officer.
