Will DMs take crime meetings in UP ?

What is wrong with this ? After all we are not living in a police state and the district level functionaries have to be accountable.

Who will be new Chief Secretary of Rajasthan ?
I think Gupta stands a better chance...Scindia may want a woman CS...but logic will prevail.

British legacy of supremacy continues

The British legacy of supremacy of IAS over other services continues despite more than 70 years of independence. DMs never oversee crime and order situations but they boss over IPS officers even much senior to them. This must change right away.

It’s a permanent fixture
It is not for the first time that Kasuri was in India and feasted by his close friend Mani Shankar Aiyer. He is here every second month a permanent fixture in any seminar or talk on the subject of indo-Pak relations. As a matter of fact, for some persons particularly a Gentleman based in Calcutta, holding such meetings on Kashmir and Indo-Pak relations is a regular business. Not only such meetings are held here where this group which includes Mani Shankar and others like him meet but their "friends" in Pakistan also reciprocate the step by holding these 'get-togethers' in Pakistan which are then attended by this group. Kasuri of course is always presiding over the meetings here. The gentleman from Calcutta who is running the Kashmir conflict business mentions this on the invitation card he hands over to people around to get an audience. One such meeting was scheduled at India International centre on the date after the Pathankot attack. I thought the organizer of this meeting would cancel these indo-Pak talks to be held in one of the Committee rooms of IIC after this ghastly terror attack. But no. They went ahead and had their usual bonhomie. When I spotted this motley Group including the diplomat turned politician at IIC going back after the talks, I was disgusted and angry. Not for them the value of a soldier's life or the integrity of the country. For them the show must go on. Kashmir conflict suits them so does the sour Indo-Pak relations. If these are over their business and hobby will take a hit and there will be no more talks on which Kasuri the regular guest will Preside. Maybe they will create some other problem to keep themselves busy .

Debate: Next Government — 14 Dec 2017

DEBATE (1) Next Government
The fate of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), led by Narendra Modi that it comes to power in 2019 Lok Sabha Elections for second term or not, will only be decided with the outcome of Gujarat Assembly Elections. The results of Gujarat will pave the way for new political scenario. The outcome will be seen as a litmus test of NDA Government after its detrimental policies. Let’s see whether the politics of fear is the politics of control.

“Oonchey Log, Neechi Harkat”
The quality of Indian politics has, of late, gone down abysmally low. Sample some dastardly utterances by arrogant politicos Sonia labels Modi : Maut ka saudagar . Priyanka Gandhi blames him for : Khoon ki dalaali . Rahul calls him : “ Gangoo teli, gandi naali ka keera “. All in the family.A small-time politician and a Ra Ga's stooge Sandeep Dikshit labels Army Chief General Rawat : " Sarak kaa goonda " Mani Shankar Aiyar broke all records by blabbering :" Yeh Modi bahut neech kism kaa aadmi hai. Koi sabhyataa nahi hai". The haughty Aiyar , on Dec 7 , 2017,called PM Modi : "Chaiwala in 2014, Neech aadmi in 2017 He takes pride in claiming : " Rahul Gandhi as a Janeu-dhari Brahmin ". The same knucklehead had sought Pakistan's help in removing Modi sarkar. Such elite loose cannons of the dynastic Congress are downright vulgar, uncouth, uncivil and casteist. All at the behest of the dirty-tricks department of the Congress (Rahul ).
PM Modi is OBC. He is dubbed by Aiyar as " Neech " . Do the congis regard SCs and STs as " Maha- Neech". A hideously degenerate mindset. The ,superannuated congis remain moot spectators, vying for photo-ops with the dynasty. Spineless parasites, paid charlatans . Pliant, malleable nincompoops. Aiyar's suspension is no solution. Public demands his immediate expulsion from the party. Even, prosecution under the law of the land for making derogatory references against a particular section of society. Let us wait for peoples' verdicts in HP and Gujarat polls. Who knows, the Congress (Rahul) may emerge as a hypertensive, cardiacally - paralysed party, lodged in ICU, heading towards ventilator.

DEBATE (1) Next Government
BJP will surely get second term because after a long time people are realizing what governance means. Narendra Modi has provided able leadership to the country and people feel that he should be given one more chance to take the nation forward. People have faith in him.

DEBATE (2) Next Government
Modi will again come to power because there is no opposition in the country.

New low in election campaign
Gujrat has seen a new low in election campaign. There have been personal attacks on the leaders of main political parties. There have been abuses of the worst kind. But the lowest point of attack was what Mani Shankar Aiyer said about the Prime Minister. It was not an attack on Modi the person but on the Prime Minister of the country. This shows the mindset of this diplomat turned politician. The man is known for his irresponsible behaviour. Hugging the separatists in Srinagar ,befriending Pakistanis who rave against India. His meeting people in Pakistan and seeking their help in "removing " Modi is the height of not only shame but criminality. He should have been hauled for that. No apology will do for his latest remarks on the Prime Minister. The man needs to be punished to silence him from making such distasteful and unpatriotic comments as also conspiring with enemies against the head of the country.

DEBATE (1) Next Government
Given the present scenario, it appears that BJP will form the next government under the able leadership of Narendra Modi. There is no alternative.
Rishi Bhatnagar
DEBATE (2) Next Government
Though it is too early to say, there appears to be no challenge to the BJP. There is no opposition. No leader can match the leadership of Narendra Modi. He is not only honest but firm in his decisions and will certainly take the country forward.

The Secret Is Out But…
The secret is out though the “legendary foreign hand” is still hidden from the aam aadmi even as it is no secret for the elite, investigative journalists and intellectuals. The secret is to get power by hook or crook in 2019. That means the legendary foreign hand has only 17 months and 22 days at the maximum. It has a well-designed programme. It needs to execute it neatly. So far it has been executed crudely. It has failed to instigate communal violence in India. Rather it has lost UP awfully twice, once in assembly elections and again in civic polls. It has not succeeded in fanning economic mayhem under the pretext of falling GDP due to demonetisation and/or GST. It is hoping to get something in Gujarat. It is going to fail again. Its last hope is 2019 general election. It has sown the seeds of a different kind of conflict in India by making Rahul Gandhi declare his caste and religion. The Congress is perceived to frustrate the Hindu population of India by opposing the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. For this goal the party has not hesitated to be highly offending politically as well as religiously. It has shown gross disrespect to Shri Ram by allowing its minister to file a novel affidavit in the court. What if the Sunni population decides to call its bluff? Why does Sibbal want a hearing in the case on the Ramjanmabhoomi only in July 2019 (after the next government comes to power)? By then they hope to destabilise, defeat or dislodge Narendra Modi/ BJP and secure power at the centre with the help of the foreign hand. The puppeteer of the party operating from foreign lands need to remember what the great Epic Poet Tulsidas’ Ram said: Shivbhakta mam das kahava. To know the puppeteers, we need to study world history with special attention to European history. This is the minimum we can do to face the challenges thrown at us by the foreign hands and their Indian agents.

RTI

Details of LTC availed

The appellant sought for the details of LTC availed by a public servant since her joining in the Ministry, the names of family members given in the LTC claim etc. The appellant claimed that the expenditure was incurred through Government exchequer and this information could be provided to him. The CIC ruled that the number of LTCs availed by Government officials and the number of family members is disclosable under the RTI Act.

From almost 2010 onwards the then UPA regime initiated a programme of re-development of the areas presently occupied by the central govt. colonies like Moti Bagh, Kidwai Nagar, Sewa Nagar, Sarojini Nagar, Vinay Nagar, Lodhi Colony etc.

DEBATE(1) Next Government
As it appears, BJP will form the next Government. There appears to be no other leader who can challenge Modi.Rahul Gandhi though elevated to the Congress President position cannot match Modi''s skills and leadership qualities. Others too are nonentities. Even if Some of the initiatives taken by this Government like demonetization, GST or mandatory linking of Aadhar with everything are not popular with some sections of people everyone does realise that the Prime minister has no vested interest and he is spending all his energy in pursuit of goals he has set for the country. He has also raised the image of the country by his interaction with the world leaders. No other leader of any party has shown such remarkable confidence in handling big issues. So as of today it will be Modi again leading the country in 2019 and why not .If a figurehead like Manmohan Singh can remain Prime minister for ten years why not an active real head like Modi have another term.

DEBATE (1) Next Government
There is now little doubt that the BJP and its allies will return after 2019 elections, with an even bigger margin. With the Congress and its all allies making a spectacle of themselves, and becoming a laughing stock, , they are not even in the reckoning. Election after election, they are losing, and shamelessly parroting the same excuses. Moreover people can see that in the international arena, never has India achieved such a high status as we are enjoying today, the elction in ICJ being the latest example. However the government should be aware of those bureaucrats, trying their best to sabotage the image of the government, whether in service, or in their retired jobs. The frustrated internal politicians of BJP are no threat for their frustration is well understood. However the actions of renegade bureaucrats can have high impact, and sully the image . Otherwise, there is no other threat to the BJP winning with a much higher margin , especially if all the corruption cases are speedily investigated, brought to conclusion and action started to bring all these elements to justice. The congress and others of their ilk may in the meantime get busy producing gold from potatoes, benefitting themselves, in the absence of power and authority.

Highlight the good work
Why don't you highlight the good work of Raman Singh, CM of Chattisgarh? He has done such good work but has never been given his due. Is it because in this world of media management, he is a quiet worker?

People of Gujarat are well balanced & intelligent. They cannot led down a world class leader which they have given. Let’s wait & watch to see who celebrate the New Year enthusiastically.
Earlier too I had pointed out that the IRS (IT) are regularly and frequently leaving the job. Any particular reason please.
