Collapse of Silicon Valley Bank

American rating agency Moody's has warned that the US banking system may face more problems in the future after the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank. There are reports that another bank in America has collapsed and some other banks are also in trouble. Switzerland’s Credit Suisse Bank is also in trouble. Whatever happens in America and other countries is bound to have some impact on India also. Because as we see when the share markets of US and Europe collapse then India’s Sensex is also impacted. Economists say that compared to America, India has more strict and transparent laws regarding banks. Because of this, Indian banks cannot invest more than a fixed limit anywhere. For this reason, the chances of money sinking in Indian banks are less. But we will have to act immediately to ensure the smaller regional banks in India remain safe.

National Interest is first priority

Nation is first , above all , one should be loyal towards one nation which is missing in today's time. People prefer selfish interest over national interest which is warning sign for the power gallery to identify such a lot of people and take appropriate action for the same.

India first responder in disaster relief

Really, India has emerged as a first responder in Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) at global level. The whole world is one family and India has been playing an important role in extending helps Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) on humanitarian grounds.

Fighting inside enemies is an uphill task

Fighting outer enemies is easy as they can be seen but real trouble makers are inside enemies who need to be tackled with calm and composure as they are unseen. Fighting inside enemies is an uphill task.

Snake always produce venom not nectar

Yes, I agree with the thoughts of Saxena Sahab. If you feed milk to a snake, you increase its capacity to produce venom, not nectar. Same is the case with Turkey. Instead of praising India for extending immense help to thousands of earthquake victims in their country, they have betrayed India. Turkey should learn to respect sovereignty of other nations and reflect on its own policies more deeply. India should learn a lesson from this betrayal.

Behaviour of Turkey is lesson for all Indians and Non Resident Indians
Rightly said. Food for Thought for all Indians and Non-Resident Indians. What India did at that time on humanitarian grounds was correct and set the world thinking on our gesture. Citing this return gesture by Turkey, we can move forward to our national interest with supporting documents.

Documents submitted during Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process

Copies of CIRP forms of an Insolvency Professional submitted during the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process were denied by the PIO claiming that the said form and the accompanying documents were held by the respondent authority in its fiduciary capacity. The appellant contended that the information was related to public function and alleged that the Insolvency Professional was involved in committing serious financial frauds. The CIC ruled that the disclosure of sought for forms and documents is unwarranted and undesirable in view of the bar imposed under Section 8(1)(e) of the RTI Act. Further, the CIC assessed the institutional impact of disclosure of information and opined that the possibility of harm/injury emanating from disclosure outweighed the public interest.

The Central Information Commission is a creature of the RTI Act, 2005 which describes its powers and functions. The role of Information Commission is limited to providing information and for challenging the procedural rules, an appellant should approach the appropriate judicial forum.

"Turkey is untrustworthy and much too mean"

Despite supplying emergency relief to Turkey after successive earthquakes, Turkey chose to condemn India at the UN for human rights violation in Jammu & Kashmir. Oh, what a return gift !
This might have pleased Pakistan, but, India surely got a taste of the doctrine of "Nishkaam Karma".
Instead of expressing gratitude to India, Erdogan, President of Turkey is always keen to project himself as leader of the Islamic world .An absolutely, un-islamic, inhuman, selfish creature.
While India was badly humiliated, the sadistic Pakistan must be feeling hugely emboldened and elated.
Lessons for India?
Should India continue to help for charity and get backstabbed? Never, ever ! National interest is supreme.
India must revisit its foreign policy and supply additional military aid to Greece and Armenia.
Both Turkey and Greece are historical rivals and members of NATO.

More participation of citizens with system

I fully agree with the views expressed by Mahender Goel regarding the strength of IPS, this too holds good for other services too. Pyramid is upside down. India fails on the execution front, we need more participation of citizens with the system, also movement towards civic activism.

AAP is harming Congress more than BJP.

I fully agree with views expressed by Aditya Singh that AAP is harming congress more than BJP. It seems AAP is B team of BJP they have an understanding under the table. If it is not true then it is high time India needs a political opponent strong enough to oppose BJP's autocracy, AAP plus Congress two hands will change a lot, at least a healthy strong opposition will emerge against BJP in 2024. India needs this very badly.

Kamal Kumar report asks Government to double intake of IPS

At the outset the contents may not be construed as allegations or aspersions which I’m not authorized to same but only social feedback only We welcome any report on IPS induction and the sagacity and the working of IPS officers is always praiseworthy , but as the finding says that the posts of IPS should be doubled, it should always be taken into account that the present government is making every time slogan that minimum government ,maximum governance ,And in such parlance, we should instead reduce the number of functionaries rather than enhancing the posts a critical examination of the utilization of such brainy officers should be carried out to see whether the intake should be revised or not as the Paramount factor for not increasing such intake is technological, advancements and integrations that are available in greater form which can reduce the necessity of physical strength the IPS officers It is seen at many places they are posted in a very insignificant departments vestigial deptts ( seek apology to say so, because of my limited wisdom,)like housing department BR&D , and many other departments, where their intelligence is not gainfully utilized, there should be a proper churning and reinventing departments looking to contemporary scenario , so that deptts should be created which need the backup support and the public interface It is also widely seen that Senior officers don’t interact with public at large and don’t make surprise visits in the fields to get first hand information / true line order situation instead they are more Inclined to stay in their cushy offices, and the feedback given by the juniors is taken in totality . We have to create assertive citizenary and open up space for citizen participation with the government functionaries for better civic activism.

Democracy

Democracy is all about people's rule, public benefit is foremost in democracy and if people are not benefited, then democracy loses its relevance and it is authoritarian rule.

No more just a vote katwa party

The AAP has announced to contest on all seats in MP and Chhattisgarh. Many observers were earlier inclined to believe that AAP would only play the role of vote katwa in states except Delhi and Punjab. But AAP surprised everyone by making a spectacular entry in Singrauli as mayor in last year's civic elections. In this election, 5 councillors of AAP had also won in Singrauli. A mayor and 64 councillors of AAP won in MP. In this way, AAP was able to make a dent in BJP's vote bank directly. But it's true that AAP has so far caused more harm to Congress than BJP. It remains to be seen how AAP would utilize Manish Sisodia's arrest to gain people's sympathy. Media focus is on AAP and Sisodia after the arrest.
