West Bengal : President rule or Something else time will unveil

The term of the current West Bengal Assembly finishes on 14th May. If Elections are postponed beyond that date Presidents Rule will automatically be imposed .Then the stigma of having dismissed an elected Government doesn't stick. But Home Minister thinks otherwise .He vows to stay put in Bengal for the next 15 days. So it doesn't look like GoI is thinking of either postponing the Elections and implementing Presidents Rule. Of course should Mamata provoke another Malda and try to terrorize the Officers of the court Supreme Court may step in. Mamata on her part WANTS Presidents Rule so she can play the victim card. If Bengal is to be? salvaged it needs a loooong period of Central Rule.

No economic threat
The government itself claims that there is no economic threat and no need to fear, in parliament. Rallies are being conducted for elections on a massive scale. No cut on those expenses. It means that government is on sound side of economy. Any intention to curb the DA DR on Central Government employees, will certainly reflect in their upcoming state elections. Also, request the media to regularly raise this point, so that this news is not submerged upon ongoing war news.

Step motherly treatment
Why govt is unfair to pensioners. It can distribute freebees to win elections but not willing to pay our dues, be it in the name of COVID, in west asia disturbances. Why step motherly treatment to your own employees who served you for long years of their life.

Dear Friends, the entire world is passing through a worst phase and our is too. All Government servants and pensioners should voluntarily refuse to accept any increase in DA and DR in support of the Government.

Opacity in Appointments and the Urgent Need for Administrative Renewal

Sir, Recent reports indicating that only a handful of empanelled senior civil servants have been appointed to top positions reflect a deeper, systemic issue within public administration. This is not an isolated development—it mirrors a broader pattern seen across institutions in India, where transparency in appointments and decision-making often remains limited. A similar concern is increasingly visible in institutional setups where senior officers are sidelined or kept uninformed, while relatively junior functionaries are elevated to positions of significant authority. Such practices not only undermine institutional integrity but also erode morale among experienced professionals who bring stability, continuity, and depth of understanding to governance. Equally troubling is the perception that individuals with questionable records are being entrusted with leadership roles. If left unaddressed, this trend risks weakening administrative credibility and public trust. Institutions thrive on merit, accountability, and ethical leadership—any deviation from these principles can have long-term consequences. Another dimension of concern is the continued dominance of retired personnel in key administrative and confidential positions. While experience is valuable, over-reliance on retired officials may inadvertently stifle innovation, limit opportunities for younger professionals, and perpetuate legacy systems that are no longer aligned with present-day governance needs. There is an urgent need to move towards a more responsive, transparent, and merit-driven administrative framework. This includes: a) Ensuring fair and transparent appointment processes b) Strengthening accountability mechanisms c) Encouraging institutional participation and communication across all levels d) Undertaking large-scale recruitment of capable young professionals to infuse new energy and ideas A balanced approach—where experience is respected but not monopolized, and youth is encouraged but not unchecked—is essential for institutional renewal. Administrative systems must evolve to reflect the aspirations of a dynamic nation, where efficiency, integrity, and inclusiveness form the cornerstone of governance.

1000 Rs pensions

Trust that the new secretary of pensions and pensioners welfare will be kind enough to appreciate the plight of EPF 95 pensioners whose minimum pension is a princely amount of Rs 1000 per month and about 65 lakh pensioners are struggling to get a decent increase in their monthly EPF 95 pension. Unless some miracle happens by an increase in the monthly pension, a famous saying can be aptly applied here' secretaries may occupy this chair and after a few years get transferred but the Rs 1000 pension will go on forever.'

Gvt never gives pays Commission arrears
Center never gives pay commission arrears. Instead they will adjust. Delaying the process for a long time. Hence after getting confirmation only we can. Up to time please don't post. Government didn't mention fitment factors yet by the committee. After 2028 they will till bit changes. One can expect the salary must have raised up to Rs 5000 only. That too is not confirmed.

Class Fight

The real fight is class fight. The rich vs the poor. Others are mere distractions to keep the masses entertained... the top point 0.0001 percent vs the 8 billion of us .. you don't have to be Jews to be Zionists.. There are muslim Zionists, christian Zionists, hindu Zionists, etc. Brahmanism Zionism nazism is racism in the service of British imperialism. Watch the shattertheswarm video to understand why the world will never be free until we end the Zionist occupation of America. The longer it is delayed the more difficult it will be to resist the consolidation of social media, and AI based security systems and digital ids linked to bank accounts will end your access to bank account and to citizenry itself, any of your near and dear ones will be wanked with chains of digital control and surveillance. Solution to Iran, Israel and USA war

The ongoing conflict between Iran, Israel, and America is a complex issue with multiple factors at play. The war, which began on February 28, 2026, has resulted in significant damage to infrastructure and human lives. The US and Israel have launched strikes on Iran's military, nuclear, and energy infrastructure, while Iran has retaliated with missile and drone attacks.
Possible Solutions:
- Negotiated Settlement: Diplomatic talks could lead to a ceasefire, but conditions are complex.
- Continued Limited War: Attacks continue without full invasion.
Regional War Expansion : Conflict could escalate rapidly if more countries or groups join.
The US aims to degrade Iran's missile capabilities and nuclear program, while Israel seeks to eliminate existential threats and remove the current Iranian regime. Iran, on the other hand, wants an end to hostilities, reparations, and sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz.
Current Developments:
- The US has proposed a 15-point ceasefire plan, which Iran has rejected.
- Pakistan has offered to broker talks between the US and Iran.
- The conflict has disrupted global energy supplies and caused economic instability

Personal hearing before the first appellate authority

Information in respect of election in Sri Ram CGHS Itd. was sought. The CIC noted that the Complainant has not served a copy of the instant Complaint upon the Respondent. The CIC observed that serving a copy of documents (including Complaint, Second Appeal and Written submissions) to the opposite party is fundamental requirement for due process in legal proceedings and crucial for fairness, transparency, and also in the interest of expeditious response from the concerned Public Authority. The CIC issued an advisory u/s 25 (5) of the RTI Act to the Respondent Public Authority to provide a due opportunity of being heard to the parties while adjudicating the First Appeal in view of principle of natural justice.
Comments
There is no specific provision in the RTI Act, 2005 which provides for a compulsory personal hearing before the first appellate authority. However, it would be incumbent upon the FAA to grant a personal hearing to the appellant if it has been sought. The principles of natural justice should be followed.

Direct recruit Inspectors throughout India are waiting for the second promotion even after 31 years. Nobody including bureaucrats and Politicians care about that. 1989 batch to 1996 batch Inspectors got their first promotion after 17 to 19 years. Presently they are longing for their second promotion. Then what to comment about IRS Officers promotion?

RaGa: Only one politician poses real challenges against BJP currently

Rahul Gandhi is the only politician, who is never afraid to raise any issue against this BJP government. He is the only one who has never been afraid and bowed down against BJP tactics and tandem played down to defame him - whether it's Lok Sabha membership being illegally taken down by BJP or anything else. He is the only one who poses real challenges to the BJP, and speaks frankly even in rural areas where 70 percent of India lives. No wonder, his popularity rises day-by-day.

President Trump’s five-day war pause is an eye-wash

Ceasefire declared by US President Donald Trump is a sham. Those following the Iran and US-backed Israel strikes would be able to join the dots. President Trump declared a ceasefire on Monday morning before the stock market opened. And barely hours later, the declining American stock market stabilised and gradually began to soar. The five-day pause will end on Friday, and the stock market will not be affected until next Monday morning.
It is important to note that the war and military actions are continuing even as Gulf countries are coming increasingly under attack from Iranian strikes.
The fact is that the US declared war on a weekend (Feb 28) and again issued a 48-hour ultimatum over the weekend to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, threatening to target Iranian energy infrastructure. A close watch on developments reveals that all decisions are being strategically announced on weekends, keeping in mind American welfare. It wouldn’t be a surprise if President Trump comes up with some other mind-boggling statement just around the next weekend.

Civil servants 90% are hand in glove with politicians,
Civil servants 90% are hand in glove with politicians, it may be any form of Government in the universe. 10% left who are honest suffer and normally do not go beyond Grade IV or at the most Grade III joint Secretary. In today's corrupt world dishonesty has a big edge over honesty. Strange but so true.

Openings to hardworking and honest civil servants

Modi Sarkar has given many openings to hardworking and honest civil servants to join politics. Some have even joined the Cabinet. Similarly, it gives top leadership positions to karyakartas who are hardworking and honest. It has empowered youth, women, kisan and jawan. It has provided opportunities to 140 crore Indians. This is the only government which has done so much to use the expertise of talented Indians, including civil servants. No wonder it is so popular.

The “Champion Farmers” initiative
The “Champion Farmers” initiative is a highly impactful and practical model for agricultural transformation. The idea of identifying local farmer leaders and promoting peer learning is simple yet powerful. It effectively bridges the gap between scientific practices and ground-level adoption. The focus on crop diversification, mechanisation, and digital advisory support is commendable and aligns well with future-ready agriculture. Especially, the “seeing is believing” approach ensures faster acceptance among farmers. This initiative can serve as a scalable model for other districts and states to improve productivity, sustainability, and farmer incomes. Excellent work in driving grassroots innovation in agriculture
