3 Ind. Directors re-appointed in S H Kelkar and Company Ltd

Deepak Raj Bindra, Vasant Gujarathi and Neela Bhattacherjee have been re-appointed as Independent Directors of S H Kelkar and Company, effective December 15, 2026, February 20, 2027, and May 25, 2027, respectively. Meanwhile, Ms. Sumedha Karmarkar has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company.
