M Muni Kumar posted as ED/TD/COE, RDSO

M Muni Kumar, who is presently serving as Executive Director (ED), TD, Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Indian Railways Institute of Signal Engineering and Telecommunications (IRISET), has been transferred to Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) and posted as Executive Director (ED), TD, Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Secunderabad. He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
