In west Bengal, the first BJP Government will be formed on May 9 but rumours have started doing rounds about the new Chief secretary. Sources said that Manoj Agarwal, CEO is likely to be the next Chief Secretary. His term ends in July this year. He is the WB cadre 1990 batch IAS officer.
