Two IAS officers get new assignments in Punjab. Rishi Pal Singh has been appointed as Registrar, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, while Harpreet Singh Sudan, Director, Sports & Youth Services and in addition Director, Technical Education and in addition Controller, Printing & Stationery will also hold additional charge of Special Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation and in addition HoD, Department of Water Supply and Sanitation.
