Rakesh Jha, Non-executive, Non-independent Director, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, has been appointed as Chairperson of the Board with effect from June 30, 2024. He will succeed Mrs. Lalita D Gupte, who will retire from the post from the close of business hours on June 29, 2024.
