Information Commission not cares to look into law

It is an ironic situation - A senior judiciary member prefers to call himself / an organization headed by himself not a Public Authority. It indicates that either they have not read the definition of "public authority" under the RTI Act or prefer to ignore it. Both these conditions are astonishing which some may even term as dangerous. Ignorance at such a senior level or deliberate overlooking could be fatal for the democratic process. Surprisingly, the Information Commission has not cared to look into the law by itself.
