PM’s confidante C R Patil to deal with corruption in JJM in Odisha & WB

Whisper has it that the Prime Minister has deputed his confidante C R Patil to flush out corrupt people from Odisha and West Bengal and bring them to justice involved in the corruption in the Centre’s ambitious project Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM). The Modi Government stripped Gajendra Singh Shekhawat of the Ministry of Jal Shakti and assigned it to Patil in the third term. Notably, Modi had warned in his several election speeches to the states of Odisha and West Bengal about huge corruption, mismanagement, and inferior pipe quality under JJM.
