NLC organizes Customer Meet (UPDATED)

NLC India Ltd has organised Customer Meet July on 22, 2024 in Chennai participated by all customers of NLCIL. Speaking on the occasion, Prasanna Kumar Motupalli, CMD, NLC India said that this Customer meet was envisaged to bridge the gap between NLCIL and State DISCOMs and other stakeholders. He highlighted that customer focus and Commitment to Excellence for customer satisfaction are part of NLCIL Core values (NLCIL COMMITS). He also briefed the expansion plans of NLC India to the dignitaries present. He thanked all the customers for maintaining excellent relations and positive approach in resolving the issues with NLCIL. Rajesh Lakhani, CMD, TNPDCL appreciated NLCIL&’s efforts to improve customer relations and this initiative. He stated that TNPDCL is the biggest customer taking power from NLCIL power stations and with seamless communication and mutual understanding issues are being settled. M Venkatachalam, Director (Power), NLC India; Ms. Malarvizhi, Director Finance, TNPDCL; Prasanna Kumar Acharya, Director (Finance), NLC India also graced the occasion. The meet featured an open house interaction session, during which DISCOMs have requested the early completion of upcoming projects, ensuring availability of uninterrupted power at competitive prices, including bundling of RE power, and emphasized working in the interest of end consumers. Director (Finance) of NLCIL and his team addressed the queries and assured DISCOMs that with the innovation and diversification, NLCIL would meet its customer’s needs.
