Since seniormost IAS officer Manoj Joshi has preferred to stay back on central deputation,decks for 1990 batch IAS officer Sarada Muraleedharan have been cleared for the post of Chief Secretary Kerala. She is the wife of present Chief Secretary Dr V venu who is retiring on August 31.
