Around one dozen IAS officers have been given new assignments in Chhattisgarh. Accordingly, Mrs Richa Sharma has been appointed as ACS, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Protection, while Rajat Kumar was made Secretary, Commerce & Industry and PSU with additional charge of Rail Projects and Ankit Anand is now Secretary, Planning, Economic & Statistics. Similarly, Basavaraju S has been appointed as Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection with additional charge of Civil Aviation; Bhim Singh as Secretary, Panchayat & Rural Development with additional charge of CEO, Rural Development Authority; Rajesh Singh Rana as CEO, CREDA with additional charge of CEO, Skill Development Authority; Bhure Sarveshawar Narendra gets additional charge of Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission; Jitendra Kumar Shukla as Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection and Prabhat Malik is given additional charge of Director, Industry.
