Manoj Garg, who is presently serving as Member (Projects), Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) on deputation basis, has been granted ex-post facto entrustment of additional charge of the post of Vice Chairman, RLDA. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
