Justice Tashi Rabstan recommended for CJ of Jammu and Kashmir & Ladakh HC (UPDATED)
The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the appointment of Justice Tashi Rabstan, seniormost puisne Judge of the Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court, as Chief Justice of that High Court, superseding the earlier recommendation made on July 11, 2024.
