Avinash Singh Kushwah, who is currently serving at the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), has been repatriated and appointed as Executive Director, EE(RS), Railway Board. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
