NBCC to undertake SIDBI’s Vashi Redevelopment project worth Rs 142 Cr (UPDATED)

NBCC (India) Limited will undertake the development of SIDBI Vashi Redevelopment Project. NBCC will provide its services in demolition of the existing structure, securing various No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and approvals from local authorities, conducting pre-construction activities such as topographical and geographical surveys, developing final concepts and designs, tendering and contracting, and the selection of contractors and other agencies. The project has an estimated cost of Rs 142 crore. NBCC signed an MoU with SIDBI in 2023 which included planning, designing and architectural concept and other services drawings and specifications by SIDBI. This agreement further strengthens the partnership between NBCC and SIDBI, following their earlier agreement for development works across SIDBI properties nationwide. The redevelopment will be a major step forward in modernizing SIDBI's infrastructure to support its operations and growth across the country. With this MoU, NBCC and SIDBI aim to create modern, energy-efficient, and eco-friendly buildings to support SIDBI’s strategic growth while contributing to India’s larger goal of sustainable development.
