The selection Committee shall consists of Engineers having studied Marine Structure and Exposure in Marine structures instead of a simple Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering as the graduates have only exposure of subjects like RCC design, Roads, Bridges, Water Resources and Not Port Structures like Breakwaters, Jetties/Quays, wharfs, Earth Retaining wall with Water Front.
