A minister in J&K gets OSD, an officer posted with immediate effect (UPDATED)
In Jammu and Kashmir, an officer has been posted as Officer On Special Duty (OSD) to a minister. According to the order, Dr Desh Raj Bhagat, Additional Secretary, Health and Medical Education has been posted as OSD to Javid Ahmad Dar, a minister in the Government. Dr Bhagat is JKAS officer.
